1. Rough Cleaning (Initial Phase)
This is usually the first phase, performed before finishes (like flooring or final painting) are completed.
Removal of large debris, trash, and leftover materials (wood, drywall, packaging, etc.)
Dusting of all surfaces (walls, ceilings, ducts)
Vacuuming and sweeping floors
Cleaning out dust and debris from vents, baseboards, and window sills
Removing stickers and labels from windows, doors, and appliances
2. Final Cleaning (Detailed Phase)
This is done after all construction work is complete, usually right before the property is turned over to the owner or tenant.
Thorough cleaning of all rooms and surfaces
Washing windows (inside)
Deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens
Polishing fixtures, appliances, mirrors, and surfaces
Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, or buffing; carpet cleaning if needed)
Dust and grime removal from lights, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets
Cabinet and drawer interiors/exteriors cleaned
3. Touch-Up Cleaning (Optional Final Phase)
This is sometimes needed if there’s a delay between final cleaning and property handover, or if more dust settles afterward.
Light dusting and wipe-down of surfaces
Spot cleaning smudges, fingerprints, etc.
Re-cleaning glass or mirrors if streaks reappear
4. Specialty Services (Depending on Company & Scope)
Some post-construction cleaning companies offer add-on or specialty services:
Power washing (exterior walls, driveways, walkways)
Air duct cleaning
Exterior window cleaning
Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
Floor waxing or sealing
